 | WTS Porterfield* | c YK Pathan b Khan | 5 | 8 | 0 | 0 | 62.50 |
| 3.1 The captain falls. Porterfield goes for the big slash over point at a back of length delivery outside off but manages only to edge it straight to first slip 9/2
 | JP Bray | b Khan | 0 | 7 | 0 | 0 | 0.00 |
| 1.6 Clatter! The stumps are all over the place. It was really full, near yorker length, and Bray played all around it. 4/1
 | GC Wilson† | b Harbhajan Singh | 19 | 23 | 1 | 0 | 82.60 |
| 9.4 Done in by the doosra. Too good for Wilson who played completely down the wrong alley. He didn't pick it and drove through the line. The ball went on to clean up the off stump. Harbhajan gives him his signature send off... that little bye bye sign. 48/5
 | AC Botha | c YK Pathan b Khan | 8 | 5 | 1 | 0 | 160.00 |
| 3.6 And he picks up his third wicket. BOtha, who looked good in his brief stay, is gone now. He chased a length delivery outside off, not moving his feet, and flashed it to left of first slip where Yusuf takes a sharp catch. 17/3
 | KJ O'Brien | b Ojha | 2 | 4 | 0 | 0 | 50.00 |
| 6.1 Ojha has picked a wicket off his first ball. Again. It skidded on around the off stump from short of length, the batsman went for the pull but got a fatal inside-edge. Gone! Nothing great about the ball but poor shot execution. 28/4
 | JF Mooney | c Yuvraj Singh b Ojha | 19 | 22 | 1 | 0 | 86.36 |
| 14.4 Fatal reverse sweep. No power behind that shot. Again, Ojha had not offered any pace behind the ball and the weak reverse sweep saw the ball lob straight to short third man 72/6
 | AR White | c †Dhoni b Khan | 29 | 25 | 3 | 1 | 116.00 |
| 16.2 hits short of length and gets it kick up outside off stump, White tried to cut it away but nicked it behind 92/8
 | RM West | run out (Raina/†Dhoni) | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 100.00 |
| 14.5 from Ojha, Poor stuff from West. It was well flighted delivery, above the eye-line, and punched towards mid-on. Raina rushes in from the deep and fires in a throw at the striker's end. The ball ricochets of Dhoni's pad and falls on the stumps. Poor stuff from the batsman, though. He was just ambling in; he didn't ground the bat but just lazily stepped in but that foot was in the air when the bails came off. 73/7
